What We Do

Four ways we move the needle.

01 — CSR ADVOCACY

We pioneered government-corporate CSR collaboration in Telangana.

As the Project Management Unit of the Telangana Social Impact Group (T-SIG) — the state's official CSR platform — we served as the single window connecting corporates who wanted to give with causes that needed them, from first conversation to on-ground delivery.

Today, we continue to advise corporates on CSR strategy, program design, and delivery. Partners we've worked with include IBM, HSBC, Dr. Reddy's, Novartis, Deloitte, State Street, and Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives.

02 — SOCIAL ENTERPRISE INCUBATION

We give founders what every founder needs.

We find promising social entrepreneurs and give them mentorship, market access, investor connections, and a community of peers. Our incubation and acceleration programs have supported 36+ enterprises across 8 cities — including Sid's Farm, Ignis Careers, Allika, and Vijayasree Jute.

03 — SKILLING & EMPLOYABILITY

We turn potential into paycheques.

We design and run programs that train youth from underserved communities in technical, communication, and workplace skills — and connect them to employers. Our First Job Fellowship, built with The Devarakonda Foundation, has placed the vast majority of its graduates in jobs.

04 — ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP

We help citizens own the Constitution.

Through Mana Rajyangam (Our Constitution), our constitutional literacy initiative, we help citizens — especially young people — understand, own, and live the values of the Indian Constitution, through workshops, campus modules, and community events.
