People with bold ideas, equipped to create lasting change.
Surge Impact Foundation (SIF) is a Hyderabad-based Section 8 non-profit working for a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable India. Since 2017, we have designed and delivered programs that help entrepreneurs, communities, and institutions take on the country's hardest social and environmental challenges.
We have supported 68 social ventures whose work has touched more than 15 lakh lives across India. A recognised incubator in Telangana, we back people with bold ideas — and give them the mentorship, networks, and opportunities to turn those ideas into lasting change. Alongside entrepreneurs, we work with corporates, governments, universities, and civil society to build programs with measurable results.
Whether we're nurturing climate ventures, opening doors for underrepresented founders, teaching AI skills in underserved communities, or helping companies deliver meaningful CSR, our focus never changes: turning people and organisations into catalysts for sustainable change.
A world where everyone contributes to sustainable development.
MissionEnable individuals and institutions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through innovation, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and capacity building.
