Development moves faster when the right people work together.
Surge Impact Foundation was born in 2017 in Hyderabad with a simple belief: development moves faster when the right people work together.
Set up as a Section 8 non-profit, we grew into the connective tissue of Telangana's social sector — the trusted bridge between the state government, corporate India, and grassroots organisations. Our work spans education, entrepreneurship, skilling, climate action, child rights, and disaster response, across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and increasingly, all of India.
When the pandemic struck, the Government of Telangana entrusted us with managing its largest-ever humanitarian relief operation — a responsibility we carried out with the speed, scale, and transparency that define everything we do.
To accelerate social change by connecting those who can help with those who need it — governments, corporates, entrepreneurs, and communities.
