Ignis Careers

Ignis Careers teaches English and life skills to children of first-generation learners. When scaling stalled, our acceleration program helped them rebuild their business model. Today, Ignis has reached 2,50,000+ children and 10,000+ teachers across seven states.

Allika

In Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, Allika turns water hyacinth — an invasive weed — into products that give hundreds of rural women a steady income. Through our network, Allika found collaborators, new product lines, and a path to growth.

When It Mattered Most

The pandemic response.

Volunteers distributing relief supplies during the pandemic

During the pandemic, the Government of Telangana entrusted us with executing the state's largest humanitarian relief operation. Working with hundreds of partners — from Amazon and UNICEF to neighbourhood volunteers — we distributed millions of meals, ran community kitchens and oxygen centres, set up isolation facilities, transported stranded migrant workers home, and built a 24x7 patient support system that served people in 19 states.

The Government later replicated our patient-request model in its own COVID Command and Control Centre.
